THAMC is the advanced medical center of Thammasat University Hospital, and the site had to read like an academic institution without reading like a document archive
We designed and built it around the two things people arrive looking for: a doctor, or a clinic
A restrained palette off the THAMC mark — deep green, warm neutrals, a lot of white — so the photography and the names carry the page
A specialist faculty directory with search, filtering and a browsable carousel of consultants, each with their subspecialty
Each doctor’s page pulls their daily clinic schedule in real time, so the hours a patient sees are the hours the clinic is actually running that day
Booking is one tap from the same page: Book via LINE opens THAMC’s LINE Official Account with the appointment request already written — the doctor’s name, and when a slot is picked from the schedule, its date, time and clinic — so the patient only has to press send
Centers and clinics presented as an icon directory rather than a list, so the whole of what the center offers is legible in one screen on a phone
Patient services, medical services and health information kept as separate top-level paths, because those are three different visits
The site passes the Core Web Vitals assessment on real traffic — the numbers above are field data from the Chrome UX Report, not a lab simulation
The same report scores it 100 on SEO and 100 on best practices, and 97 on accessibility
Performance is something we keep measuring rather than something we measured once: the lab score still has room in it, and that is where the maintenance effort goes
We maintain the site, and the performance figures above are part of what maintenance means here — a regression in them is treated as a defect
Content, faculty and clinic listings change as the center does, and the CMS-side structures were built so the hospital team can make those changes themselves
